Returns and Exchanges

Hat World Australia Pty Ltd will refund or exchange any item you are not entirely satisfied with in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions of our Returns Policy as follows:

Online Purchases

  • All online purchases should be returned to the following address:
    • Hat World Australia Pty Ltd, Unit R3, 391 Park Rd, Regents Park, NSW 2143
  • Refunds and Exchanges will be approved if:
    • the item is returned within 60 days of purchase, and
    • the item is unworn, unblemished, and in its original condition of purchase.
  • Hat World Australia is not obligated to accept returned items with obvious signs of wear, damage, or usage.
  • When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packed using its original packaging. The original packaging will ensure safe transit and protect the customer against any damage sustained during transit. NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained in transit if alternative or inferior packaging is used to return items that may affect your right to a refund or exchange.
  • Unless the return is the result of receiving an incorrect or faulty item, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping Returns. Once received, Hat World Australia will facilitate the cost of return shipping to the customer.
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, Hat World Australia will refund/exchange the item and facilitate shipping costs both ways by providing the customer with a Pre-paid Return Label.
  • All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for purchase. 
  • Refunds are typically processed within one working day of receiving the returned item at the above address.

In-store Purchases

  • All in-store purchases should be returned to the authorised retail outlet* from which it was purchased (see below).
  • Your original store receipt (or other transaction evidence) is required as proof of purchase when returning items in-store.
  • Only products purchased directly from Hat World Australia are eligible for refunds and exchanges. If one of our products was purchased from a different store operating independently from us, you are obliged to contact the business directly from which the purchase was made. 
  • Refunds and Exchanges will be approved if:
    • the item is returned within 60 days of purchase, and
    • the item is unworn, unblemished, and in its original condition of purchase.
  • Hat World Australia is not obligated to accept items returned with obvious signs of wear, damage, or usage.
  • All approved Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for purchase.
